Prestige Rental Mats is a well-established business providing a rental and cleaning service for commercial floor mats. PRM has been successful for over 20 years yet experienced a downturn in 2020 due to Covid and were looking at ways to reach new customers throughout Melbourne.
The existing website was a few years old and didn’t help the customer reach a conversions with a lack of CTAs (Call to Action) that support the user Experience that a modern web user needs.
No on-page SEO work had not been done, which was limiting the ability of search engines to successfully get the site moving up the ranks of Google’s competitive search results.
With no up-to-date security certificate (SSL), which also affected its Domain Authority and spot in the search results, A site map needed to be created and submitted to help those search engine web crawlers get a good picture of the website.

Website: Following a deep audit of the website, a simple yet effective strategy developed by Ground Zero Digital has been to complete a keyword analysis, add SEO page content, optimise the on-page SEO of the website, add CTA functionality, conversion tracking page, security certificate and a sitemap.
Google My Business Local Search Campaign: With a predominantly local market, we recommended to focus on a local search campaign though GMB. Using our proprietary software, a GMB optimisation process was initiated, and regular optimised posts were developed and maintained. The overall goal was to improve the GMB profile ranking on Search & Map search results and build on the number of good reviews Prestige was bringing in.
Within the first month there was a 10% improvement in PRM GMB ranking for product keywords with post links going to the relevant website pages. We tracked Google analytics results for a data based approach.
Month on month, we continue to improve the ranks for both for the GMB and website.
