Fagan Bakery Services established a service business for general industrial repairs and bakery repairs. In 1998, it was realised that the Bakery service had a large gap in its customer-focused service and maintenance area. The business has been growing successfully and steadily for 23 years. 

FBS are equipment suppliers from Europe’s largest and most well-known manufacturers. 

The Challenge.

The existing website was over 10 years old and did not reflect the progressive ethos of the company.

SEO was non-existent. The fundamentals of website User Experience were not a part of the existing design.  

Expanding the product range and ensuring visitors can source product spec sheets & brochures with fast download speed, book service calls, once click to call and respond to CTA’s.
